I cannot commend Mr. Robles high enough. He led us through two transactions in a short period of time: the purchase of a new home, and the ensuing sale of our existing home. Mr. Robles negotiated a fair price (lower that I expected) for the new property and led us through the process of completing the sale, monitoring inspections and working with the mortgage provider and closing. He was helpful and professional at all times. Additionally, he expedited the sale of our existing home incredibly fast and negotiated a higher sale price than I expected. His suggestions and support for this sale were beyond excellent. Finally, on the day we got possession of the new home, he literally gave us RED CARPET TREATMENT, complete with drone cameras to film the unlocking of the front door, and champagne to boot. I have been involved in several real estate transactions in my life. None even came close to our experience with Mr. Robles! Excellent in all regards!

We used Leandro both for the purchase of our condo and the sale of our house. In both cases, Leandro demonstrated the utmost professionalism at all times. Leandro keeps in constant contact with his clients, keeping them abreast of all details regarding the purchase or sale of their property. For the sale of our house, we followed Leandro’s guidance as to how to maximize the appeal of our house, including repainting every drop of interior paint into a much more attractive neutral color. Delaying our listing until April allowed us to catch the wave of increased property value due to supply and demand. We moved all of our furnishings to our new home and showed the house empty of furniture. With the house empty, the open floor plan and beautiful hickory floors were a spectacular feature for prospective buyers. Leandro also had several virtually-staged pictures which let the prospective buyers see the potential of what the house had to offer. The delay in listing date led to a significant increase in our sale price over what we initially anticipated it would be sold for. We were fortunate to have a motivated buyer who Leandro represented and had an incredibly short time frame from listing to closing of 23 days! Leandro’s interactions helped facilitate the rapid turnaround time. Leandro is the best real estate agent that I have ever worked with.
